Terms and Conditions
Important Notice

While Reflect Medispa strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur during website upgrades, emails & maintenance. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Reflect Medispa shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is misplaced, Reflect Medispamay, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Set out below are some of the terms on which Reflect Medispa provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.

Refund Policy
Reflect Medispa do not offer refunds for treatment received. However, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a course of treatment, if no sessions have been redeemed, you are entitled to a full refund. If, for any medical reason, you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical report from your doctor. If you have used any sessions, then this will be deducted from your refund value as a pay-as-you-go cost. Due to clients’ safety, we are unable to offer refunds on retail products purchased. Reflect Medispa cannot be held responsible for any unknown side effects that may occur as a result of laser treatments. Non-attended appointments not cancelled within terms will count as a treatment used.

If you wish to amend your package or request a refund Reflect Medispa clinics can help to assist within the first 14 days of purchase.

Please note our laser hair removal packages have an expiry of 18 months from the purchase date.

REACTIONS TO PRODUCTS
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to patch-test any product prior to use. Always check the compatibility of any purchased products with other material facts that can affect the results described. Please bear in mind these are very active products, so you may well see a change in your skin.

If you have followed the above process but feel that you have had a reaction to a product, please immediately report this in writing to the clinic where your purchase was made.

Depending on the issue with the item, you may be required to complete a comprehensive Product Reaction Form, and any item(s) in question will be sent back to the manufacturer for thorough testing. We request that you notify us within 14 days of purchase with photographs of the reaction so that we can investigate this further.

If a return/refund / replacement/exchange is required due to a reaction, we will provide full details on what to do during email correspondence.


Clinic Transfer Policy
Please note we cannot transfer treatments from clinic to clinic due to treatment records and clients must continue and finish their course at the chosen/paid clinic.

If you wish to transfer, it must be a new treatment or course.

Complaints
Complaints procedure

At Reflect Medispa, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding professional customer service to all our clients. We treat all our clients with the utmost care, compassion, and respect. However, there may be times when the service you have received does not meet the high standards we aim to deliver.

Should this happen, the most effective way to resolve any concern is by letting the Clinic Manager or Practitioner know immediately after the service or treatment that you have received. They will listen to your concerns and aim to resolve your complaint efficiently and effectively. You can also contact us via email at info@refelctmedispa.co.uk

You should normally make your complaint within six months of the incident you are concerned about. Reflect Medispa may be willing to investigate complaints after this time where there is a realistic opportunity to conduct a fair and effective investigation and if you have a good reason for not acting sooner.

Complaints process and timeline

If you wish to voice your complaint, you can do so in person at the clinic, by phone or via email: customercomplaint@premierlaserclinic.co.uk
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24h in person, by phone or email depending on the way you have decided to bring it to our attention.
After it has been acknowledged, it will be passed to the relevant member of the Management Team, depending on the nature of the complaint (Clinic Manager or Company Trainer), which will investigate and contact you within 2-5 working days to discuss further and provide resolution.


In the event you are not satisfied with the outcome, please escalate it by sending us an email to: info@reflectmedispa.co.uk which at the escalation stage will be passed to Senior Management. They will review your complaint and the resolution provided, then will contact you within 2-5 working days with a final outcome. Should the investigation take longer than this, the complaint will be updated every 7 working days.
COVID update on refunds
Any refund requests will need to be notified to the clinic within the first 14 days of purchasing.

Due to the pandemic over the last few years, Reflect Medispa is not able to refund anyone who is relocating. However, we can transfer your remaining package to a friend or family member.

We are not able to issue a refund for finance taken from Omniport (unless it is within the 14-day cooling-off period).

Refunds can only be issued on the basis of a medical condition with a doctor’s document provided – we do not class pregnancy as a medical condition.

We will only be able to issue a refund on long-term medical conditions.

Please contact your assigned clinic for a refund request. Your refund will be acknowledged within 72 hours and will only be issued once we have received the Medical document and confirmed this by a member of our team.

Premier Laser and Skin will do our utmost to assist and help you with your journey going forward.

Cancellation Policy
A session will be redeemed, or a charge will be applicable for clients who do not provide 48 hours’ notice. Depending on whether you are on a course of treatments or purchasing a single session:

If you give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, no penalty will be incurred.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not show up for your booked appointment, then you will lose that session.


Medical and Physical Conditions
Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are you are pregnant, or have a history of skin pigmentation.

Payment Policy
Correct payment must be received before treatments start at each booked appointment. This is generally in full or can be via our finance option. If you refuse to pay in advance, we have the right to refuse to treat you. Instalments must be paid at the correct intervals as agreed by the clinic. If undertaking our finance option, a deposit of 20% must be taken prior to the commencement of treatment.

Practitioners
While we will make every effort to meet your request, we cannot guarantee a specific practitioner or a practitioner of a specific gender. All practitioners are trained in all treatments and protocols undertaken to ensure your comfort and treatment efficacy at all times.

MAKE UP

Please be advised make-up, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed prior to treatments. Practitioners will cleanse the area, however we cannot be held responsible for any visual product that may lay dormant in the skin pores which can cause an adverse reaction.

LIABILITY POLICY

Reflect Medispawill not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. Your statutory will be protected.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Premier Laser & Skin regarding the care of a treated area.

COMPLAINT POLICY

We aim to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment.
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you should speak to the appropriate clinic manager or their designated deputy as soon as possible.

MACHINE MAINTENANCE POLICY
In the event of machine maintenance, we will need to reschedule your appointment and aim to notify you as soon as possible. This is to ensure we maintain a continuous high level of service.


TREATMENT SESSIONS POLICY
All Laser Hair Removal packages (both Women’s and Men’s) are to be booked as one appointment and all areas included in the package need to be treated during that appointment. Please note we are unable to split the treated areas into multiple appointments.

Clients are expected to adhere to all home care protocols advised by the Reflect Medispa Therapist, which may include skincare and dietary recommendations.


Yearly Skin Treatment Subscription Terms and Conditions
Subscription Description: The Yearly Skin Treatment Subscription offers customers one skin treatment per month, allowing them to mix and match treatments or stick to a favourite. Customers can select from a range of skin treatments, including Carbon Spectra Hollywood Peel, HydraFacial, DermaPen, ClearSkin, Herbal Green Peel Mela White, and DermaLux LED Light Therapy.
Subscription Duration Options: Customers can choose between three membership duration options: 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.


Membership Benefits:
3-Month Membership: Ideal for customers seeking a skin health boost, offering complete control over their skin health for a Pick-me-up price of £525 total (£175 monthly).
6-Month Membership: This membership is perfect for those looking for maintainable skin refreshments or desiring a variety of top treatments for flawless, hydrated skin. It costs £900 in total (£150 monthly).
12-Month Membership: Designed for individuals serious about achieving a total skin transformation, offering significant savings of nearly £1000, with a total price of £1,500 (£125 monthly).
Payment Options: The total subscription price is £900 for the 6-month membership and £1,500 for the 12-month membership, which can be paid monthly. Customers can choose to split the payment into 3 or 12 instalments using Klarna.


Membership Terms:
Full upfront payment for the entire subscription is required prior to the commencement of treatments.
Customers must adhere to the scheduled monthly appointments for the duration of their membership.
Treatments cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Any changes to the subscription plan must be communicated to Premier Laser & Skin Clinic in advance.
Treatment Selection: Customers are encouraged to select their desired treatment at the time of booking each appointment. However, they have the flexibility to choose different treatments each month or stick to a favourite.
Cancellation Policy: The terms of our cancellation policy apply.
Refund Policy: our refund policy terms will apply.
Clinic Location: All treatments must be utilized at Premier Laser & Skin Clinic.
Health and Safety: Customers are required to disclose any health concerns or allergies before starting treatments. Individuals with specific allergies or medical conditions may be advised against certain treatments.
Membership Renewal: Memberships do not auto-renew at the end of the subscription period. Customers may choose to renew their subscription if desired.
Promotion Limitations: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, codes, or vouchers.
Laser Hair Removal up to 60%

Customers may acquire any laser hair removal package of 6,8, or 10 sessions at the rates outlined in the marketing materials.

The laser hair removal packages encompass all areas provided by Premier Laser & Skin Clinics, as periodically detailed in the marketing materials. These packages exclude any areas not currently available at Premier Laser & Skin Clinic.
Customers may choose to exclude any area from the full-body laser hair removal package.
Customers are required to inform the staff when booking and upon arrival at each session about any area they have excluded from the package. There is no price reduction for areas removed from the package.
Reservations must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.
Appointments for the packages may not always be accessible on all days.
Advance payment is required.
The packages are strictly personal and non-transferable. Photo identification may be requested.

This offer can be combined with face packages and the Laser Hair Removal Full Body+Face for £999. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, codes, or vouchers.


The code of 50% Off savings specified for laser hair removal is calculated at a normal single price.
Clients may purchase one time. However, payment must be made upfront in full, and the terms of our refund policy apply.
The full price is payable in advance of any treatments.
Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.
Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.
The chosen single treatment cannot be exchanged for other treatments.
All single treatments must be redeemed at the clinic where the purchase was originally done.
All single treatments have a 12-month expiry on redemption.
It is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Clients must inform Reflect Medispa of their concerns prior to commencing any treatment, and a consent form must be signed.
The client must follow all at-home protocols recommended by the Reflect Medispa Therapist. This may include skincare guidelines.

Customers may acquire the full-body laser hair removal package, which comprises six sessions and one full-face session, at the rates outlined in the marketing materials.


The discounts applied to each package are based on the regular pre-paid rates for Morpheus8, iPixel, and Coolsculpting.

Clients are welcome to purchase multiple packages, but full payment must be made upfront, and our refund policy terms will apply.
The total cost of the package must be paid before any treatments begin.
Bookings are required for each treatment included in the package.

The Unlimited Laser Hair Removal subscription grants access to unlimited laser hair removal sessions for one year. Customers can choose to treat any area of the body or opt for a full-body treatment every six weeks.

Subscribers can mix and match different areas for treatment or do full-body treatment, providing unparalleled flexibility with each visit.
The total cost for one year of unlimited access is £1,300, or split the payments with Klarna & PayPal instalments, but full payment must be made upfront, and our refund policy terms will apply.
Additional treatment for the face and neck is available for £39.60 per month.
This is a limited-time offer, available until 30th April.
The subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Subscribing to this package allows significant savings compared to standard per-session pricing.
Treatments every 6 weeks ensure optimal results for hair removal over the year.
To maintain effective treatment intervals, customers are encouraged to schedule appointments every six weeks.
